Quick and easy
Pros: The technician, Matt, did a great job. He was very informative about the risks of taking out certain stains, based on what we told him about the other cleaners we had already used. He also let us know ahead of time that the treatment we chose for the situation might need to be redone, depending on how it dried.
Cons: The technician didn't use shoe coverings until I
brought it up, even on the already cleaned carpet. And we still had some light spots left on the carpet in the living room area.

He walked the job with me after he was complete and showed me where there were a few areas that he could not get up all the way and advised why. 8 year old carpet looks very good after zerorez rep worked on it. would use again in a heartbeat.
