We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez before Thanksgiving 2024. Evan did an amazing job! He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the business. We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned in 5-10 years and they looked beautiful after he was done! Drying time was reasonable and they still look great now, 3 months later. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!
Quick, clean, fast dry
The service was great. But I am unable to print your invoice. My system won't allow because it says "unsafe". Called for a resend. Same thing. Called back for invoice to be mailed to me. If not received, I will not be able to use your service again or to recommend, as I need the invoice for tax purposes. Suggest you check into this.
Great overall experience
Technician Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional. She discussed what she was doing with me and made sure I was satisfied with what was done. She worked with me to let me move furniture around while she was working so I could get the whole house cleaned in one trip.
