Zerorez was great and worked with me to clean the carpet at my mother’s house. I was not there while it was getting cleaned. Everything turned out great. I also just made the payment on line after getting the invoice emailed to me.

Scheduling online is easy. The service employee called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jacob was very polite and professional. He listened to our concerns and walked us through each room at the end. He did a thorough job and gave us post cleaning instructions as well. We will use zeroez again!

Your Technician did a great job with my carpets. He was neat, considerate and professional.
The only problem was due to a scheduling snafu I had to wait 4 hours past my appt time. Basically, I spent the middle of my busy day waiting.
I would recommend your company but would suggest they get some type of adequate assurance of the appointment window.
