This is the first time I've ever hired a company to clean my carpets. Usually, I clean them with my Kirby system. I called up Zerorez, set up the appointment, and all I had to do was move the furniture. The carpets look new and clean, and they smell great. I was especially worried about the stairs, and Zerorez alleviated my concerns, as they look great!
