Luke showed up on time, was polite and explained everything he was going to do and offered other options for some of the. Tougher stains. He did a great job and I would request him again.
Having said that, my appointment the day before was a no show. Apparently, there was some kind of glitch with online scheduling. I am still waiting to speak with a general manager to understand what happened and hopefully have some kind of compensation for my time
