It was fine with presidio qn it really took care of the stains the carpet looks like when we bought if first moved in five years qgo' i am very happy with the quality and results of process and the fact there are no harsh cemacles used if was safe for my 25 yeqr Gray parrot even though she Groled at it when he was close but she died the same with our house claber when she get close to cage . I was very happy with zerorez! I had them about 6 years ago, then had another company do my carpets a few years later. This time I went back to Zerorez. The price was right, the service (Jonah) was amazing, and the finished product looked and felt great!
