I am very happy with the carpet cleaning that was done in my home. Very professional technician and company.

Cleaning technician was on time and friendly. He listened to everything I had to say then got started and had the work done quickly. He was able to remove all the stains I wanted. I also appreciated him covering his shoes every time he went in and out of the house.

Our light beige carpet was originally installed in 1988! It is a good quality carpet and pad but we raised 2 boys, 3 dogs and a cat here over the last 35 years that we've owned our home.
We started using Zerorez when one of our dogs got ahold of a black gel pen and ink was embedded into the carpet. No other carpet cleaning company would even come out but one actually recommended I call Zerorez. You guys came out and did an amazing job removing every bit of the ink! I was sold on your company for life...even tho I tried a couple of other companies thinking I'd save money with a Groupon. Big mistake, but I've learned my lesson-stay with the best!
Your tech, Gabriel came out yesterday and did an incredible job- he was on time, professional, courteous and very efficient. I seriously think our carpets look new! Carpet looks brand new

I love how thorough they were with making sure my dryer vent was completely clean. The technician took his time in making sure all aspects of the vent that exits the house and the vent from my dryer were properly cleaned.

This last visit was a Re redo. I was not happy with the result of a couple of areas. Technician returned fews days later due to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. There was no resolution to that 2nd visit. The 3rd visit was by a Senior Technician, Walter Davis III who quickly understood the issue, explained what steps would be made and beautifully resolved the issue. Walter made sure I was happy with the result before I left. The right technician clearly determines if the visit will be a bad, mediocre or great experience.
