The process cleans our sofas and carpet very effectively and leaves no residue or odor. I am not worried about our pet stepping on it. It dries reasonably quickly. Also, sometimes with other processes, stains seem to reappear after the pile is compressed again with use - this has never happened with this process. Our loveseat, which gets daily use looked brand new. The techician was prompt, polite, and thorough. The office manager is always pleasant and responsive.

The guy who came out was super nice, efficient and flexible. I asked if he had time to do one more room and he did plus offered me a protectant to minimize future dirt and make spills a little easier to clean and I took it.

Services were explained very well and attention was paid to our home during service. Very happy about the duct cleaning and quality of our carpet cleaning, high traffic areas look much better.

The upholstery is clean, the process didn't take too long, and the technician was both personable and professional.
The technician was very professional and determined to do the job right, even though he had some equipment failure. He waited for a replacement and finished the job.
