The technician, Noah was great! He called ahead as they said, showed up on time, came in and looked around to see what tools he would need, briefly explained what he would be doing and roughly how long it might take (he said an hour but was finished even sooner and he did not rush the service), he had me inspect it. He answered any questions I might have and then took payment which was exactly what they had quoted with no surprise upselling. I was grateful I called Zerorez after seeing them on TV for years. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services! I will for sure use them going forward.

The young man, Cecil, did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. He cleaned the tough spots that were hard to clean and revived my old carpet to look new again.When Cecil completed the job, I was very satisfied and I am happy to recommend Zerorez.
