We had rooms and area rugs cleaned, and pet stains removed. It was a lot pricier than I expected but they did a really good job. Friendly crew and explained everything to us before and after the carpets were cleaned. We have used Zerorez before and will probably use your company again.

The entire experience was positive from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy online and offered great options. The pricing was both transparent and reasonable. The actual appointment was great with the technician more than prompt. The carpet looked great afterwards. There were no high pressure sales tactics, clear concise information. This is how I like things handled.
