The end result is amazingly better than other regular carpet cleaners. It was easy to schedule and the technician was very nice and professional.

The service was very reasonably priced, the service date was not only just two days after I booked it but the technician Joseph even showed up a few hours early. Joseph was extremely professional, very knowledgeable in his trade and very well aware of his product, I am a motorcycle salesman and while I did respectfully decline the “upsell” (for lack of a better word), I feel it is important to note that Joseph thoroughly explained the benefits of the bio-treatment and if I wasn’t moving out of the residence I would’ve gladly took him up on the whole package. From one salesperson to another, Joseph is a Gem. He also made sure to inform me of all the services that Zerorez offers and because of Joseph’s professionalism and outstanding work ethic, there will be more business in the future.

Technician was super knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion on what would work best on our carpets. He also states our carpet has been well taken care of even after 4 years and it’s never been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, used to have a 14 year old male dog who didn’t know where he was towards the end of his life and would pee on the floor and one of my cats will angry pee when she’s mad. I was mortified what came up on the blue light but he assured me it wasn’t bad and he could get it all out. The spots that I know were the angry pees came up flawlessly and there is no smell which SHOCKED me. We will be requesting him in the future! He also was very nice to try to be as quiet as possible while our newborn was sleeping which was very considerate of him even though she can sleep thru a tornado.

The service is GREAT!!! Brian and Chris were awesome. They cleaned our duct system and our dryer vent. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do.

My carpet and tile have never looked cleaner! I really appreciated the level of detail went into ensuring that the tiles came out clean. Did not have the same experience with another company a few years back. Will definitely use Zerorez again!

Professional, comprehensive, and courteous service!

CJ was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The cleaning went relatively quickly and my carpets looked beautiful. He got out spots he wasn't sure would come out and in many cases, he was able to recognize that we used a rented shampooer and told us why that isn't recommended. Can't say enough about the knowledge and service he provided.

Nick was very professional, and courteous took very much patience with his work! I was very much very much satisfied with his performance! Not like the first time the person come out, he was not professional, and he had an attitude. Maybe because I have an attitude first because he didn’t listen to what I told him to do of where to park at, but my husband took over and he came in. But Nick had to come out and redo what the first guydid the first time. Some people do not need to be a part of service when they don’t want to be of service, I’m speaking on the first person who came out to my apartment to clean it. It was definitely not the last person by the name of Nick, he was great. And because of Nick, I will be using Zerorez again. Thank you.
