Zerorez recently cleaned a residential property of ours and did a wonderful job. The carpet had not been cleaned in several years and had bad traffic areas. All areas cleaned up very well, looking much newer, fluffier and a fresher smell. We were extremely happy with the results and would use them again!

Techs are always timely, efficient and extremely polite. Babe used them many times for area rugs and just had hardwood restoration done. While not as perfect as refinishing, it’s cheaper, faster and no dust like refinishing.

Carpet looks brand new and it was really bad when they got here. Great job!

I like that the cleaning works well for most stains and doesn't have a super wet feel or strong odor while it's drying.

I had already moved out before the cleaning. The technician who did my job was professional, courteous, and very helpful over the phone. My landlady said the carpets looked great, so it sounds like he did an excellent job!

Loved how informative they were. They protected the walls in my house and found stains that I didn’t and treated them. They arrived in a timely matter and it was finished in 90 minutes.
