My technician was very polite and thorough with his cleaning. He was not able to get all of my areas cleaned and he warned me in advance about those areas. It was easy to schedule my service.
Everything about this process was wonderful from first initial call to them through completion. Jacob was who came to my house to do the cleaning. He was incredibly kind, professional and thorough. Service is eco friendly, free of soap, harsh chemicals and fragrance. Our serviceman was excellent! Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Carpet looks clean and fresh and had a quick drying time. We purchased the 3 room special and added a pet deodorizer and the cost was very affordable!

I liked the ease in which I could schedule ZeroRez to come out with my house and how friendly the customer service rep was on the phone as wall as our service tech. He was very pleasant and nice to talk with. Our carpets were cleaned better than we had anticipated and the whole house smells incredible. I am only give 9/10 stars because one of our blinds was broken and rather than leave the broken piece for us to repair it disappeared. It was not broken prior to ZeroRez coming to our house.
