Very flexible with appointment times. Extremely efficient and thorough. We had upholstery done. A couch, two chairs, and an ottoman. They look like new.

Friendly service, knowledgeable service person, reasonable pricing, and great explanations about what the service entails for each component.

Easy scheduling, good communication, effective results

Quality products. Great service.

Mike did a fantastic job cleaning our nursery and playroom carpets. He arrived slightly later than the window we chose, due to no fault of his own. He generously gave us a level 2 clean to make up for his tardiness. He was very kind and professional. We will request him the next time we book a clean!

Juan, the technician that came out, was great, very thorough and kind - thank you !

Timely, appointment and recommendations for customer.

Everything

Everything turned out well.

Lucas was great and my carpet, though old, feels very clean.
I was surprised, however, that after 12 hours the carpet was still too damp to place furniture back on it, and there was one place where there was slight moisture that I could feel with my bare feet at nearly 36 hours. But all seems well, and I like your nontoxic cleaning method.

Have not gotten my rug back but trust they know about wool karastan rugs. Employee seemed well versed as to the process. I’ll write more when it comes back.

Carpet gets clean and stays clean. Also, your employees are very kind and professional.

Efficient. Courteous . Reasonably priced.
