Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable about what to expect from the cleaning, ie., which stains would likely come out and which wouldn't. He was right on all but one - the stain did come out! There was no chemical odor at all which was very nice and the carpets dried quickly. Jordan was in and out in under an hour and a half.

I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals and that your service is consistent and predictable. Your employees are always nice and considerate of my home. It feels so clean now.

Using ionized water, not a bunch of soap. For years using top companies that use hot water and soap, then when it dries your carpet is crunchy. Not with ZeroRes. Also it seems like my carpet stays cleaner longer than the other companies.
Plus technicians like Christian who was meticulous cleaning our carpet.

He did a very good job. I especially appreciated that he was very careful with the hoses and did not bump into my walls. He used corner protectors, and was careful with my furniture. He was thorough. My carpets look great! I am a picky person and I loved how he cleaned my carpets. I will use them again for sure!

Quick response (came out next day) I love that soap is not used at all! Excellent job at a fair price (we’ve used them several times before) they got some minor stains out of our nearly new, expensive mattress (young puppies) at no extra charge!). Nick our technician was very fast, thorough and very personable. I really enjoyed the experience, Thanks Zerorez!
