Everything was great from start to finish. Friendly representative who scheduled my appointment within 2 days of calling. Kenneth was awesome and so polite! He was very clear about the conditions of my carpet and set expectations as to what he thought could be cleaned well and spots that may struggle. He was able to get up the tricky spots that included massive pet stains and makeup/foundation from the previous owners of my new place! They did an excellent job and I think the pricing was fair! Highly recommend!
The technician was respectful and accommodating to my concerns about the new flooring. I like that there was no scent from the cleaner. The sofa dried more quickly than anticipated. And, the look of the sofa has improved sense the cleaning

I've used your service for years because you don't use a lot of liquid, which would absorb into the matting under the rug and, eventually, produce mold. Kenneth was the technician this time. He was ery efficient and also followed the two directioins I gave him (stay away from the pressed-wood furniture and don't rake the living room rug with the metal rake). I'll be happy to see him or another tech next time I want the rugs done. Thanks!
