It was super quick, easy, and it dried EXTREMELY quick. Ken was awesome, he did the whole house in less than 2 hours and he got the spot treatment spots SUPER well. I mean we’ve lived here for 2 years, I’m a clean freak and have done carpet cleaning myself, but he got up everything.
I’d give him a fat raise too for going into the “Basement of Fears”. Our basement has holes in it to where a bunch of creepy crawlers made their way in. Ken cleaned and combed through all of it!

Everything was great from start to finish. Friendly representative who scheduled my appointment within 2 days of calling. Kenneth was awesome and so polite! He was very clear about the conditions of my carpet and set expectations as to what he thought could be cleaned well and spots that may struggle. He was able to get up the tricky spots that included massive pet stains and makeup/foundation from the previous owners of my new place! They did an excellent job and I think the pricing was fair! Highly recommend!
The technician was respectful and accommodating to my concerns about the new flooring. I like that there was no scent from the cleaner. The sofa dried more quickly than anticipated. And, the look of the sofa has improved sense the cleaning
