The carpet cleaning tech was very professional, on time, and did a very good job. However when I scheduled the cleaning over the phone, I was not told that the $30 sanitizer option only applied to one area, so I was not pleased when the tech said I would have to pay another $30 for each additional area to be cleaned. The invoice email did not clarify this either. So the service was good, but the communication with scheduling was not so good.

Kenneth worked very hard (especially on my steps). They all looked so good but the bottom step was wet for days has now finally dried and is stained. Could you have him come by next time he is in my neighborhood? It's almost like what he cleaned with opened up on that step and had dirty water in it. I live at 8566 West 67th Place in Arvada.
