Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. I had a question about ink cartridges this last time and the gal took the time to explain to me how my printer worked with them. She offered insight the next time I purchase a printer which was so nice. Consistent GREAT customer service no matter who is behind the counter!!

The ink cartridges work great; earth-friendly; free delivery; Tricia has come to the office several times to take a look at our printer & get it working better for free. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have received offers over the phone from other companies but always politely turn them down - we are VERY happy with the service and products we get from Rapid Refill.
