Good quality product that has worked for me with different printers. The ink is good quality, the cartridges work well with the printer. I don't have any problems with leaking and only slight issues with smearing (as I assume is common with inkjet printers). When I have had an issue with my printer not using all of the ink, the service rep refunded the cost of the unused ink which was very nice. I was pretty disappointed during my most recent trip, as they did not have my cartridge in stock. But there were other sizes available so I could still get my printing done. I always recommend Rapid Refill when someone mentions they are out of ink.

What do you like about our products and services?

I haven't used my ink yet but I am very happy with the 100% guarantee and friendly staff. When I asked questions they were happy to answer.
