Products are shipped in a timely manner, they perform as stated, and if there is a problem, it is addressed immediately. Staff is ultra friendly and courteous. I appreciated the pointers that you have shared in the past, how to get the most out of your toners, using different print fonts, and other research that was shared. I like recycling the toners, you make it easy.

Orders are personally delivered, almost always the same day. The products are quality and just as efficient as name brand, full price products at a fraction of the cost. If there are ever any issues, they have always been very quick to come out and fix it. Awesome folks!
