Printer Source Plus is a very professional and customer-oriented business. When I first started using refilled ink cartridges it was with a Hewlett-Packard printer (and HP doesn't like refill cartridges). PSP was kind enough to recommend a brand of printer (Canon) which, in their experience, has the least problems with refill cartridges. I have not had any problems with the printer they recommended. They have also been kind enough to trouble-shoot printer issues and done so very cost effectively. As long as I have a printer and as long as PSP is here, I will be going to them for all of my needs that they can provide. Thank you!

handy...inexpensive and personal service....answering questions and addressing problems...they have been helpful with some printer quirks and on the rare occasion that a cartridge is defective they replace it instantly......a good place to get printing supplies....and a smile !

They have also added advice (free) to troubleshoot a printer issue without me going to them or they coming to my office.
