High-quality customer service, product guarantee and so far, great product performance. Have always used genuine Brother ink cartridges and this is the first time I have used refilled cartridges and so far they have performed very well and at a much more reasonable cost. If performance continues as it has thus far, will definitely keep using them for all of my ink and toner needs. I have 4 printers/copiers/scanners and am planning to use JetEx for all of them.
