The prices and the quality (mostly).
I have found the company (Focus) used to refill my HP 61 and 62 XL cartridges have had issues with the print head not registering with my printer or it reads no cartridge.
Holly's refills don't seem to have this issue.
toner's always in stock, and credit's given if there's a defective cartridge.
I really appreciate the integrity of your team. David worked on my printer for a couple of hours but refused to charge me anything because the part that was needed is no longer available. That's awesome customer service.

I am extremely happy with Rapid Refill's business and service. I have been a customer for years, starting when they were in a shopping center off of Capital Boulevard, then in Wake Forest, and currently after their recent move. Because I am a senior citizen and handicapped, I am so grateful to have their free delivery service. It is beyond belief! Never would I have thought I could find a free delivery service, and it is so prompt and efficient. When they say they will come on the day I call or the next, they come! What a great help it is for me since I have such a hard time walking, even a short distance.
