I have been a customer for years, starting when they were in a shopping center off of Capital Boulevard, then in Wake Forest, and currently after their recent move. Because I am a senior citizen and handicapped, I am so grateful to have their free delivery service. It is beyond belief! Never would I have thought I could find a free delivery service, and it is so prompt and efficient. When they say they will come on the day I call or the next, they come! What a great help it is for me since I have such a hard time walking, even a short distance. From the time a customer places a call, receives a very courteous telephone conversation when placing an order, to the delivery of the package, it is always a wonderful experience for me!! High-quality customer service, product guarantee and so far, great product performance. Have always used genuine Brother ink cartridges and this is the first time I have used refilled cartridges and so far they have performed very well and at a much more reasonable cost. If performance continues as it has thus far, will definitely keep using them for all of my ink and toner needs. I have 4 printers/copiers/scanners and am planning to use JetEx for all of them.
