I have had good luck with most of the ink I have purchased. If I ever have a problem with one, they always make it good. Just wish they would get the HP62XL.
Knowledgeable staff, very helpful about most any printing issue. If a problem with a replacement cartridge does occur, they immediately replace it without question.
