I recently activated an old HP Photosmart printer after it had set on a shelf for 6 years. I went in to buy new ink and they said before selling it to me the printer should be checked out to make sure it worked. I brought in and it didn't work right away. They worked with it until they got it working and there was no charge for the service. I have been using the printer and it works flawlessly. I consider this to be great service and will remain a loyal customer. Thank You
