Lots of good exercise machines, competent instructors and a great swimming area for all ages.
The facility is always clean. The equipment is well maintained with very little down time.
In particular I think the instructors are great! They watch out for proper form, make sure to avoid injuries and are great motivators!
The Y has something for everyone to do. I really liked the free trainer appts. Emma was awesome and now I have my own work out schedule. Everyone is so friendly. They make you want to come everyday!!

I love the community I have there. Not only do I meet up at the Y with my friends to grow stronger, but I share time with them over coffee and celebrate life events with them.
Friendly professional staff. Flexible hours and unlimited exercise time. Great equipment with media enhancements. Affordable price. Accommodates people of all ages and fitness levels. Moving here from St Luke's cardiac rehab was a very good decision !!

Your rules are a little strigent per the pool but its well maintained and has good hours.

Very happy with everything we have done. I like the six half hour training sessions.
Availability of classes, types, days and times. I can get a class in before work which is really nice.
Very well kept and maintained facilities. Well equipped with so many options from novice to professional and young to old. Great people work there and attend. I personally don't do any of the classes yet but they offer a wide variety. All that for just over $1/week!

We took s swim class recently and had a good experience. Matt and Nikki were very helpful and very patient w my daughter. Matt has great enthusiasm and is very positive and encouraging with the young kids.
