I love the body pump classes and instructors, especially Kristi and Elizabeth. There’s a very good variety of equipment and everything is maintained well and clean!

Friendly reception desk staff. I have not utilized personal training sessions, but I overhear the trainers working with clients while I am working out and feel they do a good job connectig with clients and challenge them within limits.
What is does not do well is keep the men's shower room clean, especially the two small stalls to the left. It looks black on the baseboard...(mold???) and has for several years, despite repeated reports.

Best facility. Clean. Usually not too crowded. Has front check in. Good children's activities. Excellent Challenger program. Appeals to and accepts all ages.
