I love that the gym offers daycare/kid zone. It is a fabulous perk for gym members. I also love the kids night that is available. The classes are great. I like the upgrades in the equipment and renovations.
Really enjoy the Y as well as receive health benefits from it. I like very much the AOA Enhanced especially with Kelly, Stephanie & Karen . These ladies are professional & good instructors. Additionally my husband & I are in Livestrong. Jodi R & Lea are outstanding. They work really hard & it shows in their classes. Both are very knowledgeable. I just can't say enough good about the Y.
The exercise classes are wonderful! There's something for everyone in the classes. I love the many selection of classes and all the different options of classes. The fitness instructors are all really nice, skillful and knowledgeable.
