I love the resistance walking pool (is that what you call it?). All of your machines are great, I can't wait to get started. I especially love the walking track.

Provides a community for active older adults to blend right in with the young folks.
The Y also provides classes for all fitness and age levels.

It is consistently clean, equipment is well maintained. There was a fire alarm recently that the staff handled the evacuation very well

Greeting us courteously and friendly at the desk when we come in the door. Most of them know my name and say "good morning, First name removed". That means a lot. I struggle with depression, and it helps to be greeted.

The staff is friendly. While I don't partake in many of the offered programs I know they are available and know many people that do and are very pleased.
