The Y does a lot of things really well:

It is open during convenient hours
It employs friendly and helpful staff
It provides a wide variety of fitness opportunities
It is conveniently located near gas station, library, restaurants, etc.

I look forward to visiting the Y almost every day, and I'm sure I am healthier and more physically fit because the Y is so convenient and provides such a welcoming and well kept facility.

Classes. Like early morning body flow at 5:30. Wish it was offered every day or a yoga or Pilates class alternating with it at 5:30!
