We’ve only experienced swimming lessons for my 4 year old. The instructors are so good with them! Hannah is a gem! Such a sweetheart with my rambunctious child. She’s got the patience of a saint!

I love the HIIT class. Emma is a fantastic instructor and I am sooooo happy with her teaching style. She is fun, but hard. Me and my “workout buddies” actually canceled our Orange

Friendly, helpful staff that always greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I really enjoy the huge variety of classes offered with excellent trainers. Becca, Cristina, Kelly, Amy and Elizabeth are encouraging and ensure their classes are challenging. The facility is always spotless and I talk to me friends all the time about how awesome this facility is.
