Provides friendly & courteous service at all times. All the staff is courteous (even the cleaning staff) & I have never seen anyone treated rudely (from the very young to the senior citizens. Support staff for the workout area is always available to answer any questions regarding individual workout. Facility is well maintained. Have taken many of the Silver Sneakers programs and find them very informative & useful. Just seeing a list of their other programs available without additional charge, I am sure a young family or individual would find any program/help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Provider programs for the youngest to the oldest. It starts out the minute you walk in the door and are met by friendly people at the desk. I am in the cancer program which I love. The instructors are fun and knowledge people. We don't get bored because they so many different activities for us to do. I really enjoy everyone in the class. Everybody tries to encourage and help each other. This is the best rehab program I have to and I luv it.
Helpful friendly staff with top notch physical facilities. Excellent variety of exercise classes with good scheduling and availability. The running group was great fun.
