The Y really does a good job of making everyone feel included and welcome.
I am really pleasantly surprised at the high quality level of fitness equipment and instruction at our Y. I love the top-notch instructors for Les Mills classes (especially Kristi, Sue, and Elouise!) The access and quantity of group exercise classes can't be beat. Members can basically go to a class whenever their schedules allow.
Since we've joined the Y, management has also been sensitive to the concerns of its members. When mirrors and extra equipment were suggested for Studio C, management delivered on its promises.
I am very pleased with all the services the Y offers, I enjoy walking, exercising, walking in the the pool, the sauna and spa, as well as the Silver Sneakers exercise class, book club, and various classes, trips and activities.

Great work out environment
Since I had to take a year off right after I joined and have just begun using it again, I don't have much feedback to offer. Good things so far: CLEAN, Very friendly employees, appears to offer great classes that I haven't taken advantage of yet but plan to do so.
The Y welcomes all, including those who might be intimidated by a commercial fitness center, and it has programs and opportunities all across the spectrum of fitness.

Starting with the appearance of the Y. It is attractive on the outside and inviting. When you come in you are welcomed by the staff at the front counter. I personally am greeted by Harold early in the morning, and he is always positive with a smile on his face and something pleasant to say. The facility inside is very nice, the exercise area, class rooms, weight center and the young child area is exceptional. There is a variety of classes to enroll in with instructors who are very talented and care about their classes. I also think it is nice to have an area where other outside interests can meet and conduct business. Even though I don't go on some of the dinner theaters and other planned outings, I am impressed this is available. These are just some of the thinks that I see you do very well
