It's a great place to exercise and meet friends, old and new. They have a great personal trainer program that is important to use at least once in a while.

Good equipment for member's use along with excellent swimming, spas, and various exercise classes. Facility is clean, well kept, and has a friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

I have only been going for a couple of weeks. I have found the people who work at the Y are very friendly and helpful.
