It offers a safe, well lighted environment to exercise. Love the different classes offered and the wonderful warm pool to swim and do water aerobics. I love coming here!

Since I'm a senior citizen, I pay more attention to the senior activities. Events and activities geared for seniors are always on the calendar. The Y provides a great opportunity to spend "lots" of time with new and old friends.

The sauna is great and the steam room. Also,the workout things are also really good. It is a very kid friendly place.
