Exceptionally clean and enforced an acceptable dress code on staff and members. I love the nice equipment and overall atmosphere.

They are very nice and helpful. The ability to work with a coach free for several sessions is excellent! The teachers of the classes are great too. They want to get to know the people taking their classes. They are very encouraging and kind no matter what your ability level.

Making me fell welcome not just the staff but the members there are always helpful and encouraging and fun
