Your support, especially your coaches, provide direct support to members seeking to improve their overall health. One coach in particular, Brian, has changed my approach to exercise and diet completely. At 64 I feel that I can get in better shape than I've ever been because of his knowledge and support. The whole atmosphere of your facility contributes to that sense of possibility that I am feeling about improving my health: I have always felt comfortable and accepted in your facility. I tell everyone about you and how much of a difference you have made in my wellness goals and self esteem, and the results in improving my health make my everyday life more enjoyable--I can do my job and still have energy to enjoy the rest of my life. I am so glad I walked into your Y.

Everything. I love selection of classes, the various times they are offered and the instructors are really great with beginners. There is plenty of equipment so I never have to wait, and it's always in great condition. I love the kid area, everyone back there has been really nice, especially since my little one cries a lot when being dropped off.
The staff is very friendly, and the facility is bright and pleasant. Parking is easy.
