A very pleasant facility! It could use more space for floor exercises though. Also, I love the child care, but I wish it went past 9 years old.

I only use the lazy river walking pool and have been away for medical leave for months so my personal experience is lacking.

What does the Y do really well?

The Y provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all ages. The Kids Night Out is considered a party by my grandchildren. Kids Night Out is wonderful. The Challenger Program is awesome. It meets the needs of a special population that is typically marginalized or ignored by society. We happily embrace and appreciate the Challenger Program and YMCA South.

What does the Y do really well?

Provides wonderful group fitness workouts, times and variety. Many different classes are offered different times. That's why I joined! Thank you! But I also really like the other amenities too (pool, exercise equipment, etc).

I really like the classes, Zumba Gold and Step. The kid zone is great!!! Mr. David is awesome!
