Great staff at the front desk. Great instructors. Very expansive schedule of classes - several times over several days offered, as well as a ton of variety. Always clean.

What does the Y do really well?

It is a multi complex for all sorts of weight lifting, swimming, walking indoors, and working with a trainer. It offer variety for cross training. My trainer Alisha Wilson is good for my needs with arthritis.

What does the Y do really well?

Before joining Platte County Y, I was a member of a Y in a different location. I joined to take part in the yoga classes they offered. The classes always fell short with levels of difficulty and the number of classes they offered. The Platte County Y not only offers a variety of different yoga styles, from deep stretching to vinyasa flow, but they also offer many different class times to fit busy schedules. This is by far my favorite YMCA I've been a part of.

I love how welcoming the front desk is! I come to the ymca a lot, and mostly just classes and I'm always very impressed with all the class instructors. They always show up ready to give it their all and motivate us as we try our best!
