There customer service skills are great they put in the care and concern of there customers first thing. However it's a friendly, organize and well train facility and me and daughter's just enjoy working out their.

When I came into the Wyandotte YMCA, I was an emotional mess after losing my 39 y.o. husband to Cancer 3 weeks prior. I was greeted and embraced by a lady named Vivian at the front desk, and for me it was far beyond what I could have expected from a "GYM". I felt cared about as a human being and that is worth more than GOLD. She not only assisted me in getting signed up with a membership, but she introduced me to a man who is also a pastor and together we all were able to get my emotions in check. From that day forward I've felt better about humanity, my health and body goals, and my grief.
I LOVE THE YMCA OF WYANDOTTE COUNTY.

All the great programs it has for all the family. Staff is very nice and friendly. I liked that the Bitty sports are free for Y members now. I like it that its clean and like the new workout machines.

The YMCA is a good Christian organization. The YMCA includes many communities in our city and I meet many nice people and exercise at the same time. It is a very friendly place for the whole family. I love the YMCA!

What does the Y do really well?

Meet my needs as a completely equiped fitness facility. The attendant and member are very friendly. The facility is neat and clean. All of the machines are clean and are always in working order.I look forward to coming there each day.
