I love the atmosphere. The employees are really friendly and nice. When walking through the door it is just so welcoming. The facility is really nice. There are so many activities that are available to all different ages and I love water fitness. The pool is a huge plus.
I like the fact they have bitty sports for 3 year olds because my son has a lot of energy. He loves sports too

we go to the Y in Bonner Springs, it so nice, it's clean, all the equipment works, there are no small children running all over the work out area. They have 2 pools, and the pools are very clean. We LOVE the Bonner Springs Y, I wont return to the Providence Y.

The Y provides an unpretentious, reasonably priced, welcoming place for all members of the family. Its diversity in age, race and level of athleticism makes it a no-drama place to exercise.

Definitely, well at being friendly and helpful in working with you financially. I think the only thing I wish would change is to have overnight hour's for the parents that only get time to themselves when the kids are asleep especially the single and or working parents whhre there day becomes available only when the kids sleep and other s are more likely to babysit the kids otherwise I love the Family Atmosphere!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Jerry and Robert were very nice, as well as the guy who signed me up. And I had my first abs class with Alex, who took time after to explain some of the programs. I felt very welcome and comfortable.
