I have been going to a personal trainer (Jan) for over one year. She has been extremely helpful to me. She has introduced me to the other personal trainers and the top staff at the YMCA.

The YMCA is a good Christian Association in the community which helps promote healthy relationships. Providence YMCA is very good and has a spectacular membership!

All the employees are very nice. They greet you with a welcoming personality. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help!

Kayla was my daughter's swim instructor. My daughter is always a little hesitant to start new things, but she enjoyed Kayla so much she didn't want lessons to end!
