Staff is super friendly and the gym has everything you need, it is super clean and well attended. There are a variety of classes which are quite intense so you see results pretty quick.

Great classes

The gym is so clean, the showers, changing rooms, equipment etc. All just really clean and tidy. It's not really busy either which is great. I do the milon circle and i'm very rarely waiting on equipment. Staff are really nice and helpful. Don't find the gym intimidating at all - in general it's a really warm and friendly environment.

How to improve? could you please leave some Hair bands and co in the changing rooms in self-service for times we forget and then we have nothing to attach our hair :(

Friendly atmosphere - the staff are always very welcoming and helpful when needed. Never have to wait for machines or showers and the gym is always super clean.

Everyone is extremely friendly who works in the gym and it's such a nice atmosphere. You want to go the gym, I like it so much I am trying to go twice a day now.

Range of multiple classes especially those that take place at the same time so that one can choose. Back to back classes which makes it easier to work out productively and make the most of the hours spent in the gym. Friendly, cooperative and understanding staff and instructors who one can talk to personally as well.
