I like that I do not have to wait for treadmill, there is always some free. And I like yogalates class. And sauna! And that changing rooms or showers are never crowded.

The staff attention. how clean the gym is (changing rooms, showers, etc). There is not that many people on the weight lifting area although that is changing now.
The trainers, they're very approachable.
The instructor-led classes
On the other hand, I'd say the materials are a bit old. I mean the treadmill, the elliptical machines and the weights in the weight area. I also think the changing rooms on the top floor doesn't meet the standards of the lower floor changing rooms.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I'm getting for the price I'm paying
