The classes are plentiful and enjoyable. I would recommend an additional lunchtime class for the 12ish slot if this was possible as the 1.10 class does fill up and I prefer to take lunch earlier.
The equipment on the floor is in good supply. I have only ever had to wait to use the steps (maybe another one or two would be good).
I would also recommend having the fitness band available on the floor or to buy.
I really enjoy the friendly stuff and the calm and atmosphere.the space invites to do free exercises but still all machines and tool there for every kind of workout.
Especially since its never to crowded i get inspired to try out new exercises.

Aside from the gym equipment which is great - new, clean, a good variety of machines. I really appreciate that the gym is so clean!
The ladies changing rooms are bright, spacious, clean... I love the steam rooms/ Sauna in Georges St - It's the main reason I joined!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean and well presented.
Everyone is very friendly and the gym is not too busy.
I believe the services provided by ICON are very good and all the staff are always willing to help. The amenities are very clean and tidy which is fundamental for a sports center. Totally recommended!

I really like the convenience of the location, the fact that's it's never packed and you don't queue for machines, the instructors are brilliant, it's always clean. One of the biggest perks is the sauna, I think that's what justifies the extra cost for me.
Classes are good and frequent.
ICON is in a great location for many people working in the city centre. It's easy to find, staff are friendly and welcoming. Classes and equipment are good and the gym never feels too loud or manic as some other do!
