Excellent gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Great space in the changing rooms however, there are only a limited number of large lockers, ideally there could be more. Mapping out areas on the main gym floor as there have been times I am stretching and then a class starts next to me. Modernising the cardio equipment to the ones with a built in TV or even a built in fan (not just the Milion items) would also be ideal.

The classes are really good and the staff super friendly

Very friendly staff, always eager to help and make an effort to build client relationships. Showers always hot and have shower gel filled in each shower unit. The sauna, steam room and weights area is in great condition. Recently there was a suggestion made to put another bench into the weights area, it was quickly taken on board and added in.

The clean changing rooms

Clean gym, never too busy. Only complaint is the heat of the showers can't be adjusted meaning you usually either freeze or burn yourself. Otherwise great.

I like how easy it is to train at Icon, especially as I am usually working long days at work, the ease of popping into the city centre location and grabbing a towel, getting a spin class or workout in and then heading back is perfect for me.

Would love an extra hour open on a Sunday.. And an extra lat pull down machine.

Great services, luxury gym and very professional instructors.
You will feel the gym is your second home because of the incredible huge and incredible facilities.
Just give it a try, it will be love at first sight!

I like how the changing rooms are always so clean. I love how the classes are really worthwhile, instructors (particularly Dawn and Richie) are so motivated, always feel great after going to one of their sessions. I like how I'm always greeted at the front desk when I check-in, even though I'm not the most regular customer!

I like that the facilities are clean and there are lots of classes available. It feels like a safe and relaxing place to be. My only criticism is this: Put more songs on them playlists!

Very friendly staff and good facilities however i find it annoying the way training for milon is always scheduled for lunch time as this slows me down to no end and I only have an hour for lunch. I also don't think you should have to pay for a towel when you're already paying 65 euros per month.

The service is very efficient and all the staff are very helpful. It is so nice and clean and there is always a free machine.

I would like the gym to close at 9pm on the weekends but I not sure if this is feasible or worthwhile from a business pov.

Overall I’m very pleased with the gym and it’s facilities.
