Staff are very helpful and always give it a big effort in the classes. I was especially impressed by the girl giving the aqua combat class on Thursday evening - 9/11/18. She had massive amounts of energy the whole way through which not every coach is bothered to do, but it really makes a difference.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The changing rooms are always clean. If you don't like working out by yourself the free classes icon provide are brilliant.
