Cleanliness in studio has improved ... no longer clumps of dust to be seen around the edges of the room! Really good instructors in Dominika and Dawn and Jess.
N.B. it would be great if you would ensure soap containers in the shower room are filled ... some of them are left empty for weeks (e.g. middle shower).
Also, please please please ensure the air con is on the studio during this hot weather. We had to ask TWICE during Body Pump on Tuesday and again after Body Attack class started today. I actually felt light headed during the Body Pump class from the heat ... not good.

I like that the gym is nice and quiet at times and all the staff are so friendly and approachable.

If I had to point out a minor thing it would be the volume of music - especially at quiet times of the day. Sometimes I will be in the downstairs area and there's maybe only one or two other people there working out alone, all the while chart music is pumping like we're in a nightclub, while most people are drying to drown it out with headphones! It just tonally feels way off since you've done a great job creating a space that feels so relaxing and generally so peaceful and 'zen' !

Great gym, great staff!!

Variety of classes and very clean. Only thing I wish was if there were more boxfit classes other than the 30 minutes on a Thursday lunch hour.

The staffs are very helpful and everything is clean and tidy.

The gym isn’t oversubscribed, which makes it pleasant to work out, good access to classes and the gym is well maintained.

I’m really happy about the service lately and the updates to the gym have made a difference.

I would suggest to swap out the two cable machine upstairs in OneEscape (behind the stair masters) and replace it with a cable crossover machine like the one Icon beside the window.

All the staff are super friendly and welcoming!
There's ample equipment and not too crowded during busy periods. Great selection of classes. Mick is an amazing personal trainer. He attends to your needs and helps you through the sessions encouraging you to achieve your goals.
