The changing room facilities are excellent, staff are always very attentive and friendly. Classes are excellent and instructors are very involved in the class and helping each attendee.
Great selection of classes and professional and nice trainers
I like the location of the gym and it has a friendly atmosphere. The classes are good, however sometimes the room they are in can get really warm and stuffy.
