Beautiful clean pool with great sauna and steam room

I love to go and do my training at One Escape, not just the people is lovely, the classes are amazing, I had my sister over a couple of months ago, and with the credits I got during the year, I got for her a week pass, and she loved to do her training with me.
I do recommend One Escape a 100%

Quality of the equipment.

Great facilities and an ideal location for me in Smithfield. I could certainly find a cheaper gym but as its close by to where I live means I will use it regularly. Also its worth paying more to have a nice clean pool as well as the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. The past year has seen huge improvements in equipment although I still notice some 'slippage' on some of the older cardio bikes on the reception level. There's plenty of cardio equipment as well as free weights to choose.

Occasionally you may find one or two machines are out of order but as they are used lots I'm sure this is normal and they are usually repaired quickly. Glad to see the sauna is back up and running too after issues with it being out of order recently. I think the 'private' lockers could be a bit cheaper for consistent users (possible an incentive scheme potential here) but I don't want to pay the current charge for a private locker on top of what I already pay each month but if it was reduced I might consider it. Overall I think this health club is really excellent now and I hope it continues to develop and improve to stay ahead of the game.

There is a great range of fitness classes. There is always enouyh space in the class. All instructors are upbeat and motivating.

Top marks for cleanliness, equipment almost top marks, wifi not so much, staff friendliness either up or down sometimes I wonder is there issues within the club making it up or down but body language says a lot?
More equipment geared towards virtual training would be advantages to the club and members, with cycling and running moving indoors in the winter time( who wants to be cold, wet, or cycle/run in the dark and possibly get knocked down, and more in the bad days of the summer, it's easy to a person to decide to go to the gym when it supports indoor virtual training, though you guys have the WATTBIKE pro with very basic virtual training.
There are now footpods/HR monitors/treadmills for running, and smart bikes for cycling, https://tacx.com/product/neo-bike-smart/, there are now open international races online and soon to be nationally regulated races(setup started in Australia already on Zwift).
So as you can see I would like it better if you supported virtual training ;).

Equipment location

I went for the first time to the Sauna a couple of days and I love it!! The SPA area is amazing, all clean well maintained and easy to use. Is one of the reasons why I choose this gym over others.
Finally the classes, the instructors are wonderful, I love the early morning classes :)

The gym is great, all the equipment I want is there, always perfectly clean & tidy, it's open any time I want it, staff are friendly and helpful, the selection of classes is impressive.
