I love the gym facilities and the friendly staff. One improvement point in my opinion should be to replace the shower taps for water mixers to allow members adjust the right water temperature individually.

Even though I agreed with the 3 months notice when I signed up, I think this should be changed to 1 month notice to give more flexibility to members if they need to leave for any reason (moving out of Dublin, not being able to pay, etc).

Other than that, the gym and facilities are amazing, I highly recommend to friends and family to join when they can.

I enjoyed the whole building with all the working machines. all Staff are so friendly, giving you some suggestions in case if I'm doing the wrong exercise, it helps me a lot, feeling comfortable at the place as a good customer. Also the receptionists are friendly. thank you so much for having a good time at 1escape health club

I am happy with the classes that I have been taking, especially the Aerial Yoga which unfortunately is always over booked

Reopen the hot tub.

Get dyson hairdryers and also monitor the cleaning more. Sometimes the cleanliness is great other times not so good, depending on the cleaner.

Please send and email with the point I receive every time I visit the health club as it used to be before the app. Some showers are a little bit dirty. Put a new weightscale in the women changing room. Some towels are old and need to be changed. All the rest perfect waiting for the jacuzzi to arrive 🤩

Have a class using the weights specifically aimed at the over 65 age groups

I think that there is some lack of equipments and others that are not heavily used are duplicated. Eg: there is no machine for triceps, just free weights wheres there are 2 sitted leg press that is duplicated and not used that much. Also, the idea of having only hot showers on the toilet would be improved. Some sort of control of temperature. I am aware that this point is not easy at all to change but it’s just my opinion. Having only hot showers, most of the time tou finish your showers and you are already sweating. Beside that, very good equipments, space, always clean, staff and so on.

Offering more classes in the afternoon due to my workschedule it is at times challenging to attend in the evening. Also more clases of Aerial yoga and brooklynboxfit in the late evening and weekend in the evening

Please turn on relaxing music in the gym all time :)

Please don’t close the sauna / steam room with rising energy prices. It’s the main reason I am with the gym and will have to leave if you do, sorry!

The best gym with perfect equipments and facilities . But still can give best discount for couples if joining our gym. What I mean is couple's fees.

I go daily and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the goo work.

I have a great experience with 1escape and they had great facility. Hope towels can be made available to some members. :)

I love this gym! I would love if there were off peak time rates or something to make it more affordable

The staff are great.

Moving pilates class to the main floor area downstairs (by mirrors). The smaller room can sometimes be too full and it’s difficult to fully enjoy the potential of the class because of this. The smaller room does turn me off booking the class. Introducing reformer pilates classes would be an amazing offering and definitely be an amazing opportunity! I know it would definitely be a popular class and drive people into the gym! Pilates on a sunday morning? Emailing updates directly to personal emails too, sometimes I miss out on updates on new classes etc. because it’s not directly sent to me via email or sms

The toilets look quite dirty from time to time and the water in the shower is often cold.
Other than that everything is great!! :)

the water pressure in 2 showers is great, maybe if all of them can have the same system.

Longer Classes in the pool. 30 minutes is not enough.

By far the best facility around. This gym is mint from staff, to equipment, to the facility itself. From the management to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I would not hesitate to recommend 1escape to anyone. I’m certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at 1escape.

I want the jacuzzi back !

Would be great if you can put a mark in the pool roof . When I swimming face up , I don't know exacly where the pool wall is near. So a mark, can help us to know that we need to change and avoid hit in the wall.
