Really great trainers and classes are top of the rank. Professionalism, impeccable environment and fun too. I love the hydrorider. It should be on everyday! I love the way you always try to adapt to customers' demands. I love the fact that you added a pure yoga class in your timetable this year.

Great staff!
Smithfield is a great facility, new showers are gorgeous although, and it's a minor minor gripe- that apple shower gel is woeful!!! Smells like bad washing up liquid. Anything else at all would be better. Great facility though, gorge gym.
The entire gym is amazing, I really love the fact that I can go to Yoga classes, pool or my usual training.

Great environment, staff and facilities. Having the programme set out on the first day with a trainer showing you how to use the machines has made all the difference. The pool and spa area are lovely. It's never too busy when I'm in.
