The Club has made many great improvements recently, and I was especially pleased with the purchase of the new spin bikes,. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and always willing to advise in relation to training or diet.

I love the gym. However, I was wondering if it was possible to have some classes, like body bump on at 7 instead of 8, to have extra yoga classes and extra step classes please? Thanks!
